Not medical advice
Pettioe is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for veterinary care. Content in the app — including AI responses, breed health tips, and reminders — is for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pettioe.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant Pettioe the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in the service (including for people you share with).
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- No attempts to disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
- No use of Pettioe to provide veterinary services you aren't licensed to provide.
Subscriptions
Pro plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with 30 days notice.
Termination
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
Pettioe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome for you or your pets.
