Pettioe ("we", "us") helps you track your pets' health. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, and authentication tokens.
- Pet data you enter: pet profiles, medications, vaccinations, appointments, medical history, photos, uploaded documents, and vet contacts.
- Sharing metadata: family members and vets you invite, share links you create, and refill requests you log.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We store only the subscription status, not card numbers.
- Usage data: basic device/browser info and error logs for reliability.
How we use it
- To operate the service — sync your data across devices, send you reminders, and generate PDFs.
- To provide AI features (e.g. label scanning, assistant) — content you submit is sent to our AI provider for processing and is not used to train third-party models.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- To keep the product secure and debug problems.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with subprocessors that run Pettioe (hosting, database, email, payments, AI), and with people you explicitly invite (family, vets, share-link recipients).
Data retention
Your data is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Contact us at support@pettioe.com for access, correction, or portability requests.
Children
Pettioe is not intended for children under 13.
